All products shown in our catalog are subject to the availability of flowers and materials. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the design, always respecting the style and value of the product.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Colombian pesos (COP).
  • We accept national and international payments through authorized and secure platforms.
  • The order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

4. Deliveries

  • We make deliveries in Medellín and some surrounding areas.
  • The customer must provide accurate information to guarantee a timely delivery.
  • Same-day orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m.

5. Changes and Refunds

Cambios y Reembolsos – Flores y Perecederos

Debido a la naturaleza perecedera y personalizada de nuestros productos (flores naturales, desayunos sorpresa y regalos especiales), no aceptamos devoluciones ni reembolsos una vez entregado el pedido.
Solo aplican ajustes o reemplazos en caso de que el producto llegue en mal estado, incompleto o diferente a lo solicitado.
El cliente debe notificarlo dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la entrega a través de WhatsApp o teléfono:

Los reemplazos se realizan sin costo adicional.

Returns and Refunds – Flowers and Perishable Products
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products (fresh flowers, surprise breakfasts, and special gifts), we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.
Adjustments or replacements only apply if the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered.

Replacements will be made at no additional cost.

Envíos a Medellín y municipios aledaños – Pagos desde el exterior
Floristería Santibella realiza entregas a domicilio en Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Itagüí y municipios aledaños del Valle de Aburrá.
Los pedidos realizados desde el exterior (Estados Unidos, México, España, Canadá, Francia, etc.) se procesan en línea y se entregan el mismo día si la orden es confirmada antes de las 2:00 p.m. (hora de Colombia).
Envíos sujetos a disponibilidad del producto y confirmación de pago.

Floristería Santibella delivers to Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Itagüí, and surrounding municipalities in the Aburrá Valley.
Orders placed from abroad (United States, Mexico, Spain, Canada, France, etc.) are processed online and delivered the same day if confirmed before 2:00 p.m. (Colombian time).
Deliveries are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
