DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION
In Floristeria Santibella, we are committed to giving you the best possible shopping experience, from the moment you select your product until you receive it at your door. Here is detailed information about our delivery times and policies:
Confirmation and Shipping:
– Once payment is confirmed, whether by electronic transfer, bank deposit or card payment, we will prepare your order within 5 business hours.
– We will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Costs and Methods:
–20.000$ for Medellín.
–30.000$ for nearby municipalities.
Detailed Delivery Times:
– Metropolitan Area: 5 hours; if delivery can be made sooner, the customer will be notified.
– Other Municipalities: subject to scheduling.
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We cannot commit to specific delivery times. Orders are generally delivered 2 to 6 hours after payment is verified, but this is not guaranteed. We have two delivery windows: 8 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 7 pm. Same-day orders are scheduled according to delivery volume, without a guaranteed exact time. Orders placed after 5 pm may be delivered the next day. On special occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), deliveries will be made throughout the day, with no guaranteed specific time.
